Crab Ghee Roast

Assalamwalaikum/hello everyone. Uploading a recipe after so long. But this Crab Ghee Roast is so easy to make and tastes so good.

You will need

Red chilli paste - 1 tbsp

Onion - 1 small

Garlic - 3 cloves

Tamarind

Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp

Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp

Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp

Coriander seeds - 1 tsp

Black peppercorn - 1/2 tsp

Crabs - 250gm

Ghee - 3 tbsp

Curry leaves


Roast all the seeds. Then blend with the chilli paste, onion, garlic and a small piece of tamarind. Blend till a thick paste it formed. In a kadai, add some ghee. Once it heats, add some curry leaves. Saute for a minute. Add the masala and cook till it reduces. Next, add the crab and give it a good stir. Close the lid and cook till the crab is done. Add some water if you prefer some gravy. Once done, turn off the flame. While serving, add a tsp of ghee.

Enjoy!
